Every product we sell is a digital file. This page explains what that means for refunds.
All sales are final
Because every order is a digital download delivered right after checkout, we do not cancel or refund an order once payment has been processed.
If something is actually wrong
If the file you downloaded does not match what the listing described, for example a broken file or a pack missing what was advertised, email tinytapeshelp@gmail.com and tell us what is wrong. Software and license keys
FastFX, TrackerLabs, and our other software products issue a license key immediately on purchase. The same all sales final rule applies. If a key does not work, email tinytapeshelp@gmail.com before doing anything else.
