Shipping Policy

Every pack and plugin we sell is delivered as a digital download. There is no physical item, no shipping carrier, and no shipping address to fill in at checkout.

Delivery is instant. Once your payment goes through, your download is available right on the order confirmation page, and a confirmation email with the same download link follows separately.

Software orders also include a license key, issued automatically at the same time.

Give it a few minutes and check your spam folder first. If it still has not shown up, email tinytapeshelp@gmail.com with the name and email you used on the order, and which product you bought.

Because delivery is digital, we sell to customers anywhere with an internet connection. There are no customs forms, import duties, or shipping restrictions to worry about, since nothing physically crosses a border.
