A few common causes. If nothing happens when you click the download link, your browser may be the issue. Disable any non-standard add-ons or toolbars and try again. If your computer says the file is corrupted, delete it and download it again. If your computer cannot open the file, you are probably missing the program needed to open that file type. Download that program and try again.
